Van Rietschoten supplies high-quality U-profiles as a versatile and robust solution for thermally decoupled constructions and specialist structural work. Our U-profiles are fully custom-made and used as load-bearing substructures for applications such as pipe insulation, tank insulation, boiler constructions and other industrial applications. Thanks to the combination of structural strength and flexibility, U-profiles are highly suitable for both simple and complex custom solutions. With our technical expertise, the U-profiles seamlessly match the functional, structural and installation requirements of each project.
All U-profiles are produced in our own workshop using advanced press brake and profile rolling machines. This ensures high dimensional accuracy, consistent quality and short lead times. Thanks to our extensive material stock, we can deliver quickly in steel, stainless steel or galvanized sheet aluminium material, in various sizes and configurations. With short communication lines, direct contact and full in-house production, Van Rietschoten positions itself as an all-round manufacturer of robust custom steel constructions, where precision, reliability and speed are central.
